How can I track my order?

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Once your order is finalised, we will send you an email confirming that it has been shipped. The email will provide you with a tracking code that you can use to track updates using the AusPost app.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We calculate International Orders through Sendle, which includes a tracking code sent to you via email.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes we do!

Our local delivery is only valid to these post codes: 2560, 2568, 2566, 2565, 2559, 2558.

It is free delivery! You only need to enter your address when checking out, and it will automatically let you know if it is eligible for local delivery!

How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping costs additional $7.00, however shipping will be $3.00 if your purchase is over $25!

Express Shipping costs additional $11.00, however shipping will be minimised down to $5.00 if your purchase is over $50!

What happens after placing my order?

Once we have received your order, you will receive your receipt in your email as a confirmation of your purchase!

Once we have packed your order, we print out a shipping label that will state your preferred address (Please enter your address carefully when checking out).

If sending through AUSPOST, we then send you an email to confirm that your order has been shipped.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Please use "CHANGES TO ORDER" as your subject on the email, therefore I am able to easily locate your email and take priority of it. Please specifically state what changes are required to be made.

If you are wanting to cancel your order, ensure to contact us within 8 hours after purchase. Therefore we don't accept your payment and there will be no difficulties of refunds.
